Success Story

ArchonSafe successfully launched with very minimal seed money and successfully obtained the largest water utility in the country to use a third party CCC vendor. Successfully exiting in fours years.

Cirrus Security App was developed by bootstrapping and successfully launched at the Super Bowl in 2012. Since then it has continued to grow into a platform used nationwide for security teams.

iAsprire was developed and funded by Archon Tech in collaboration with a Middle School Vice Principal. Archon helped develop the business development platform to grow iAspire and that once school VP was successful enough to quit his job and focus on the software. Since then, it has continued to grow into a platform used nationwide in education.

Lesson from Failure

Working with two other co-founders on a fantastic idea, we put together our plan, we obtained an investor, but we had a hard lesson to learn. We had a good idea but didn't build it in the right market. We ended up cutting our losses and took with us the knowledge that there is valuable information in proper market research- what works in one region doesn't translate to all areas. We learned to ask the right questions and ask them often.

We acquired a physical product with a tech component and were able to get it to market, but it didn't go as expected. It required a different skill stack than what we had, and we recognized that. We ended up selling to a better fit company and learned that our expertise is software, not the production of hardware and physical products.

i-Intervine was built as an app for teachers

This guy thinks Archon is super rad and had a great experience with them and gave this super cool testimonial as a thank you and he rambled for quite a while and is really good at run-on sentences and hopefully the real life people are better at grammar than this guy who is called adult-beard-boy in the stock photo site which seems really appropriate.
